The Zylmans Stadium was redeveloped at the beginning of season 22 and now has a 35,000 capacity.  It is named after the fans favourite, Lewis Zylmans, who now plays his football in Switzerland.  It began with a capacity of only 7000 and was named 'The Folley Crescent Stadium'.  Two months later it was vital to the club for long term financial stability that it should be increased to twice its original size and for the same reason, as the club progressed, the stadium was further developed to hold 35,000 fans.   Its design is very striking and boasts the best stadium facilities in the league, with numerous club bars and restaurants, 4 Watchfield Eagles superstores, on site 5 star hotel, and a multi million pound football youth development center.  The stadium was planned so that it could be continuously expanded at the request of the club and hopes are high that the Zylmans Stadium will soon be the home of the Watchfield Eagles in top flight football and could also host international games.  The specifications are below:

Terraces: 22050

Basic seating: 8750

Seats under roof: 3500

Seats in VIP boxes: 700
